Expat Doctor Arrested for Sharing Patients’ Private Pics
An Egyptian doctor, Mohammed Subhi, who worked at Nera Specialized Medical Center in Riyadh, was arrested for sharing images of his patients’ private body parts on social media platforms. This action is a violation of the provisions outlined in the Law on Practicing Healthcare Professions as well as the Anti-Cybercrime Law.
The Ministry of Health has commenced legal proceedings against the individual for breaching the Law on Practicing Healthcare Professions and the Anti-Cybercrime Law. The case has been forwarded to the appropriate security authorities for further action.

The ministry has reaffirmed its stance against any abusive practices by healthcare practitioners or facilities that undermine the dignity of patients or the community. It requests that Saudi citizens and expatriates report any such violations or irregularities through official communication channels.
