Saudi Arabia has launched e-visa for many countries including India and Bangladesh. Before you travel on your visa, make sure to verify if it is original. Here is the process to check a Saudi e-visa with QR Code. 

Why verify?

There have been many instances when agents handed over fake visas to people to passengers which caused them a lot of trouble at the time of immigration.

Therefore, the Saudi government has launched an e-visa service through which you can verify the authenticity of your visa before making the final payment to the agent.

Check Saudi e-visa with QR Code

In order to check Saudi e-visa, you need to follow these steps;

1- Open the Saudi e-Visa on your computer/mobile.

2- Locate the QR Code given at the end of the visa document.

3- Open the camera of another mobile and scan the QR code.

4- It will open the MOFA website for you with the details of the visa where you would find the following details;

• Visa Number.
• Religion.
• Passport Expiry Date.
• Nationality.
• Date of Birth.
• Sex.
• Inviter Name.
• Relationship.
• Reference No.
• ID No.
• Occupation.

5- Scroll down and you will find the word “Valid” written at the end of the visa which means that the visa is genuine.
